I found JT's while looking for a second guitar several years back. Like many of my purchases I spent MANY MANY hours researching and playing ANYTHING I could get my hands on In this particular case there was a JT Tele (new) hanging right beside .I ended up buying the Fender MIM, but NOT because of any quality differences, in almost ANY of a 1/2 dozen amps they were spot on DUPLICATES. BUT I wasnt sure that I was really going to LOVE the Tele sound, and figured I had a better chance of getting my money out of the Fender on a Resale. However if you look around I REALLY do like the tele thing and have had a GREAT affinity for JT's ever since. Therefore when it came time to buy my first Acoustic, I once again spent MANY weeks playing EVERYTHING I could get my hands on and narrowed it down to a NEW JTA SQCE or a used Ovation. I chose the JT and have loved it ever since.
