His Dedication!
Although raised Roman Catholic/Lutheran, the church that Michele and I currently attend, doesnt support the concept of infant baptisms. They teach that baptism is a choice, not something to be forced on you by your parents.
They do however freely encourage all members to have their children "dedicated" to the church as early as possible. This dedication is essentially a way for the parents to publicly assert that they will raise their child in the ways of the bible, and for the church to publicly assert that they support that decision.
